M. L. Leddy's will issue a full refund, including sale tax, in the form the original tender paid (excluding cash) or M. L. Leddy's will issue a Merchandise Credit, at the customer's choice when each of the following conditions are met;
1. The merchandise is returned within 30 days.
2. The merchandise is returned in it's original condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
3. The merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt and with all garment tags attached.
4. Boots worn outdoors are considered used and are NOT returnable.
